Requirements
- 8+ years of property reinsurance underwriting experience
- Strong analytical and portfolio management skills
- Fluency in English; Bahasa Indonesia a plus
- ACII or equivalent professional qualification
Actuarial Analyst
Support actuarial modeling, pricing, and portfolio analysis for treaty and facultative reinsurance programs across multiple lines of business.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of actuarial experience in insurance/reinsurance
- Progress towards Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries or equivalent
- Proficiency in R, Python, or similar analytical tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Business Development Manager – Middle East
Drive new business acquisition and deepen cedant relationships in the GCC and wider Middle East reinsurance market.
Requirements
- 6+ years of reinsurance business development experience
- Established network in Middle East insurance market
- Arabic language skills highly desirable
- Willingness to travel extensively
Claims Manager – Marine & Aviation
Manage marine and aviation reinsurance claims, coordinate with cedants, loss adjusters, and legal counsel to ensure fair and timely settlements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of marine/aviation claims management experience
- Knowledge of international hull, cargo, and liability coverages
- Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills
- Law degree or relevant technical qualification preferred
